The mostly widely used metaphor, to explain a complex transformation, is the metamorphosis between a caterpillar into a butterfly.

We believe, like a caterpillar’s cacoon provides the perfect environment for it to become a beautiful butterfly, by uniting, our communities can provide the necessary resources to create successful entrepreneurs in creative industries. -RR

Our brand takes a holistic approach to increasing the chances of an emerging artist or athlete to become successful solely relying on their talent.  We trust that providing guidance, resources and opportunities will make obtaining success easier in low income areas. Inspired by Toms Shoes’, One for One business model, we divide the support of our purpose driven client base & like minded partners to provide resources for those in need of trauma relief &/or members of low income areas. 

The goal is to invest a large portion of our brands profit into infrastructure in urban communities, assisting the education of youth while offering credible career-building opportunities to emerging artist. To date, we’ve featured a variety of emerging artists in our marketing, introduced youth to entrepreneurship and collaborated with a variety of like-minded businesses on projects. We aim to unite goal-driven creative artists with purpose driven clients to assist sales creation & with community focused sponsors to increase resources. 

Your involvement is vital to the long term success of our initiative.  Unlike a caterpillar every individual can not solely provide the necessary resources to become successful.  In most, if not all, success stories a small network of family, community members and/or teachers/mentors provide a cocoon like atmosphere to keep a child focused and away from distraction.  We can make a concerted effort to reestablishing our “it takes a village” mindset which will increase the chances of our loved ones becoming successful while limiting their distractions.

 Whether you are a parent, a business owner, purpose driven consumer, a creative artist or an athlete you will play a role in helping make it easier for the next generation to overcome economic disparities.
